📝 Terms and Conditions – Colemans Create and Craft

Welcome to Colemans Create and Craft! By booking, attending, or participating in any activity at our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

🎨 1. General Studio Use

  • All guests must treat the studio, materials, and staff with respect.

  • We welcome both adults and children. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Bookings are recommended to guarantee availability, especially during weekends and holidays.

 

🍷 2. Alcohol Sales & Consumption

  • Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase to guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested using a challenge 21 policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

  • Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and only within designated areas of the studio.

 

🍽️ 3. Food & Drink

  • We offer a selection of food and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted unless agreed in advance for private events or special accommodations.

  • Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

 

👨‍👩‍👧 4. Children’s Participation

  • We love hosting little artists! Children’s sessions are designed to be safe, fun, and age-appropriate.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behaviour and safety during the visit.

  • Staff may intervene if a child’s behaviour disrupts the experience of others.

 

💬 5. Staff Conduct & Guest Behaviour

  • Our team is here to support, guide, and inspire creativity. We pride ourselves on being warm, welcoming, and professional.

  • Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from the premises without refund.

  • Any damage caused to property or equipment may result in charges.

 

📅 6. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.

  • No-shows will result in a loss of booking fee.

  • Late arrivals will result in lost time as the session ends promptly at end of 2.5 hour slot to allow set up time for next session.

  • Private events require a deposit and may have separate cancellation terms.

 

🛡️ 7. Liability & Safety

  • Colemans Create and Craft is not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings unless caused by negligence.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions provided by staff.

  • We maintain high hygiene standards and comply with all local health and safety regulations.

  • Any breakages in the glazing and firing process by staff will result in an optional refund or credit for re-booking for the single item on a like for like basis

 

📸 8. Photography & Social Media

  • We may take photos during sessions for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member.

  • Guests are welcome to take photos of their own creations and share them online—tag us @ColemansCreateAndCraft on Facebook or @colemanscandc on Instagram!

 

📍 9. Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on-site or upon request.
